The seller was really motivated and with great energy. However they have a lack of knowledge to deliver the job. We had to do several revisions as they didn't understand our business at first and we couldn't go further in the project. Additional revisions would take us too much time. To be fair, we validated the offer. An upfront questionnaire would help the seller to get better our business model. The competitive analyse didn't show relevant datas and no official sources. This is a gig for a good 150 USD. You are on the right track but I believe the pricing should be revised.

Working with this group was PAINFUL! It is easier to make the changes-as apposed to explaining to them 3 times-and they still do not get it right, I could have made the changes myself in half the time... It was to be a 3 to 5 day job -not 15 days...
