Background 

Through the period, the investors have become the rationale and smart decision makers. They have understood that rather investing individually, a group with similar objectives (e.g. maximizing wealth) having money in their pockets can create a fund and invest in companies or do hedge fund investment case in point Bill Ackman.

1. Investment Decision Process

The investment decision process is tedious, time-consuming and requires a touch of a particular skillset. Hence, I offer my services in the transaction process. Throughout my career, I have acted as a buy-side advisor and analyzed several companies from a 360-degree perspective including financial due diligence for corporate investment and Private Equity clients.



2. Post-Investment Process

The first step has its own headaches but whether the investee company/portfolio/asset is performing as it was projected to perform is actually provides you track record of the decision. Hence, I provide my services in this area as well and willing to assist corporate investors to analyze their investments.
