After setting up the categories of your income and expenses, it has been setup to be as simple as importing your bank excel file into the worksheet, categorising each transaction and then spitting out a monthly summary of where you have spent your funds.
If you need something more tailored to meet your business needs I also have a simple template setup for this which can be modified to suit your needs.
