For $10, I will answer one question about Quickbooks.  If you would like to have me and my team on retainer, the cost is as follows:  



$25 per month for 3 questions - 8 hour response time 

$45 per month for 3 questions - 4 hour response time



Ask us anything - set up, process improvement, integration, reporting, etc.

For $40 per service or hour, I will provide the following services:

• set up or clean up your chart of accounts 
• set up or clean up your tracking classes
• set up or clean up memorized transactions
• set up or clean up your lists or items
• customize QB preferences and defaults for your business

• provide 1 hour of training 
• spend 1 hour fixing negative balance sheet items
• spend 1 hour correcting or reclassifying incorrect entries

I also offer custom support services on an hourly, flat fee or per project basis, such as accounts payable and receivable management, reconciliations, invoicing, cash flow management, expense reports, budgeting, financial statements, and services to clean up, catch up and maintain your books.
