Would you like to have more energy during the day? Become more fit and maybe lose some weight? Or have you always had a dream to participate in a running contest, for example? You should go for it! But where to begin? How to start and move forwards? How to push yourself, but not overpush it? Starting from scratch or building up, I can help you by sharing my own knowledge and experiences as a student in health and life styles and as a runner.
