I will take whatever speeds, maximum processing power, game you want to play, etc. and research the information using multiple websites in order to create the best budget PC and the best non-budget PC that fits your specifications. This is not a physical PC, but a list of parts and prices that are compatible with each other in order to provide the desired outcome for gaming, processing, mixing, producing, etc. The descriptions/explanations in the other packages will explain what the maximum graphics for certain games are, what the optimal settings are, an estimate of how much the PC can handle for open apps, conflicts that may arise with the hardware, the maximum capability of the hardware, and other possible upgrades or alternate hardware to provide similar performance with similar prices.
