Ø  Proper Documentation

Ø  Preparing and managing weekly payroll and accounts payable

Ø  Handling monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll closing process including federal, state, city and sales withholding reports

Ø  Maintaining general ledgers and trial balances

Ø  Maintaining all A/P & A/R records, vendor information and invoicing
